This company have solutions in terms of radio frequency identification (RFID), geographical information system (GIS) and historical Mobile Electronical guide systems and they are willing to join to consortiums that are interested in the particular FP7 objective, ICT-2011.8.2: ICT for access to cultural resources. This objective is found under the Challenge 8 in the ICT Work Programme 2010-11, which is addressed to the need for flexible and efficient access to information and knowledge, for educational, training and cultural purposes.This particular objective of ICT-2011.8.2: ICT for Access to cultural resources” aims to increase the affordability and widespread availability of tools and services for releasing the economic potential of cultural heritage in digital form and for adding value to cultural content in educational, scientific and leisure contexts. Additionally, another expected impact of the project is to obtain wider range of users of cultural resources in diverse real and virtual contexts and considerably altered ways to experience culture in more personalised and adaptive interactive settings. It includes target outcomes such as technologies for creating personalised and engaging digital cultural experiences, open and extendable platforms for building services that support use of cultural resources for research and education and improved and affordable technologies for the digitisation of specialised forms of cultural resources, including tools for virtual reconstructions.
