The 2-day event takes place at Vitagora, the international congress where leading experts on taste, nutrition and health meet. Presentations, workshops and debates will focus particularly on food and ageing well, such as functional nutriments to optimize wellness for the elderly. In addition, visits of local companies and pre-arranged partnering meetings are organized. Professionals from research institutes, start-ups and established companies can explore transnational technology collaborations, commercial partnerships, licensing, financing and strategic alliances. In addition, visits to companies in Burgundy will be offered on 22 March to allow further direct contact.
