Abstract
Czech researchers completed lab tests of the new type of HMW dendritic polymer carriers whose drug conjugates are great at cytostatic and antitumor activity and enable controlled attack of solid tumors. Efficient in small doses, less side-effects so attractive option to low-molecular weight drugs. Related method ensures broad range of polymer´s molecular weights, low polydispersity and compatibility with many drugs. Partners for licensing and follow-up R&D cooperation are sought.
