Abstract
A Swiss SME developed and tested an economical and environmentally friendly technology to reduce the total microbial viable count. It is applicable to a large variety of food products, especially interesting for convenience food industry or any food process equipment manufacturer. The company is interested in commercial agreements or license agreement with companies in the agrofood industry.
